Timo,Foie Gras, Prawn Pizza & Villa Maria

When Timo is not busy managing the production of deluxe feasts for the hoi polloi, he is busy relaxing. He slips his thongs off, grabs a fresh beer and checks out the latest menus. Luckily, his mother is also able to adopt this approach to taking a holiday. Pictured below is our antipasti which included the Foie Gras (it is hiding under the crostini that is lying down on the left). The pate, salami, cheese, tomatoes &parma ham were divine, as was all the other food we had at Don Ciprianis!!! The King Prawn Pizza was to die for and perfectly suited to the chilled glass of Villa Maria Sauvingnon Blanc!!! Blisssss
