Trip Advisor has an Idea!

After much serious consideration, frivolity and straight-out falling-down laughter with Timo and his friend Wendy, the trip advisor forged a brilliant idea to build an ice skating rink in Da Nang. Of course the original idea was Timo's but Wendy and I built on it and took it to where it is today. Katie provided some input but was a little too tired to really participate in this lunacy - due to too much shopping!!!

See above a rough sketch of what we're talking about. Snow and ice are a subject of extreme curiosity in Vietnam. The rink will be solar powered and use recycled grey water from the huge feature laundromat on site. Skating outfits can be designed, fitted and completed in 2 hours and the skates can be colour matched to all outfits, in 15 mins. Kakaoke will de rigueur and can be done whilst skating, along with a slide show for our sponsors.
